i choose Galileo Galilei because i thought it was neat that he created the firdt telescope.also i think his name is wierd
i choose Francis Bacon because his last name is bacom, and he thought that if people didnt have knowledge they would stupid.
the two people i picked from the chapter to research are Isacc Newton and Robert Boyle. i chose them because they seem interesting to me. Isacc Newton's great discovery was that the same force ruled the motions of planets, the pendulum and all matter on earth and in space. and he helped bring together a brakethrough under a single theory of motion.
Robert boyle pioneered the use of the scientific method in chemistry. and he is considered the founder of modern chemistry.
i chose Nicolaus Copernicus because he realized that the universe doesn't revolve around earh it revolves around the sun. i also chose Galileo Galilei because he invented the first telescope.
i choose isaac newton because he explained that the same phyical laws governed motion both on earth and in the heavens. i also like how he described the universe as being like a giant clock.
i also choose francis bacon because he choose to be different and experiment in stead of drawing a connclusion.
Galileo Galilei and Copernicus
I chose Joseph Priestly. I chose him bcux he invented soda pop. I chose him bcuz of that reason. He also invented nitrous oxide, (laughing gas)
I pick Newton because i like the fact that in his first invention he created every part of the telescope, also he always told what he belived even if people didnt agree with him.
I also pick Galileo because he made his own invention, and them used it to make more discoveries.
I have chosen Galileo Galilie for all his interesting inventions and also Joseph Priestly because he invinted "Laughing Gas"
I picked Nicolaus Copernicus and Isaac Newton, just because i guess. I really have no reason as to why. I guess cuz i like that names?
